Serving as President since 2016, Leigh Ann brings over 30 years experience in the natural gas and electric utility sectors and in the energy service sector in British Columbia and Ontario. In 2018, she was given the added responsibility of Executive Vice President, Utility Operations for TriSummit Utilities (TSU), PNG’s parent company. Her previous executive responsibilities have included leading utility operations; engineering; construction; environment, health and safety as well as supply chain, procurement, human resources and business development. In 2019, she was announced as the Chair of the Board of the Canadian Gas Association. Leigh Ann has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Since joining PNG’s Executive Leadership Team in 2016, Doug provides financial leadership and strategic direction contributing to PNG’s annual and long-term goals. Doug brings over 30 years of industry experience in the finance sector. Prior to joining PNG, he held a number of executive financial leadership positions in the utility, life insurance, construction and senior’s care sectors as well as having worked as a consultant. His key responsibilities have included financial management, accounting and strategic planning in a multi-jurisdictional environment, complex financial reporting, and mentorship of the finance department. Doug has a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Calgary, and is a Certified Professional Accountant, CA, CPA.
Gord is a senior leader with over 15 years of gas and electric utility experience with a focus on Regulatory, Business Development and Customer Service. He joined PNG in early 2020 and is responsible for regulatory strategy and all of PNG’s filings. Additionally, he oversees the legal function and is responsible for gas supply and customer care, ensuring PNG has sufficient supply to meet customer demand. Prior to joining PNG, Gord held senior regulatory, customer service and business development roles. Gord has a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Dean has over 26 years of extensive experience in the pipelines and utility sectors with a focus on operations and engineering. He joined PNG in January 2021, following a role as Vice President, Operations and Engineering for Apex Utilities Inc. (AUI, formerly AltaGas Utilities Inc.), an Alberta-based utility also owned by TriSummit Utilities, PNG’s parent company. Previously, he spent over two decades at Enbridge with responsibilities in operations; pipeline integrity; engineering; construction; and capital projects. Dean holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
