Manage your PNG account Online

PNG’s Customer Advantage account management portal and online billing program offers customers convenience, flexibility and efficiency.

Services at your convenience include:

  • Enrol in e-billing
  • Open or close your account
  • Make service requests
  • Manage your account and make payments
  • View your account summary and history
  • View your usage
  • Receive notifications, news alerts and important information
  • Enrol in Budget Billing, or leave the program at any time
  • Environmentally friendly, paperless billing

Please note, you have a new 8-digit account number as of August 3, 2021. This new account number can be found on your August/September 2021 bill, and subsequent bills thereafter.

How to Create a Customer Advantage Profile

If you are not an existing e-bill customer:

  1. Find your NEW account number. Your new account number is available starting with your August/September 2021 bill. If you have not yet received your new account number, you will need to wait to create a Customer Advantage profile.
  2. Visit and click “Sign up”
  3. Complete the Registration Form using your new account number

If you are an existing e-bill customer:

  1. Visit
  2. Sign-in to Customer Advantage using the e-mail associated with your e-bill account
  3. Select “Forgot Password” at log in
  4. Follow the prompts

Do you have more than one account?

Once you’ve completed your Customer Advantage registration, you can add additional accounts to your online profile. Navigate to Account Summary > Update My Info > Add Account.
