If you’re not expecting a visit from a PNG representative and a person knocks on your door claiming to be with PNG, ask to see their ID.
We will never visit your home or business asking to see your furnace, other appliances or your bill. We also don’t perform unscheduled inspections on equipment inside a home or business.
We will come on to customer property to read a meter, but we will not ask to come inside. For any customers in the Northeast that have not yet received the AMR upgrade on their meter, please note that we will not ask to come inside.
