PNG has upgraded our systems in order to serve you better. Available now, our new Customer Advantage online billing and account management portal gives each customer the opportunity to access their account information at any time.
Customers benefit by the addition of many new service features to enhance convenience, flexibility and efficiency. These self-service features include the ability to enrol in e-billing; open or close your account; make service requests; manage your account and make payments; view your account summary and history; view your usage; receive notifications, news alerts and important information; and enrol in Budget Billing or leave the program at any time.
These changes reflect customer feedback about how customers wish to manage their accounts and receive information from us.
