Close an Existing Account

Moving Outside PNG Area

If you have an existing PNG account and are moving to an address that does not have gas within the PNG area, log in to your Customer Advantage account, Visit the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side, select “Service Requests”, select “Move Out” and follow the prompts.

Transfer Existing Account within PNG Service Area

If you have an existing PNG account, and you need to transfer your account to another address that has natural gas within the PNG area, log in to your Customer Advantage account, Visit the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side, select “Service Requests”, select “Transfer” and follow the prompts.

Accessing Services Through the Customer Care Centre

You may also choose to complete a move out request or transfer your account through PNG’s Customer Care Centre.
