Existing Account
If you have an existing PNG account, and you need to transfer your account to another address that has natural gas within the PNG area, please use the Transfer an Existing Account form.
First-Time Customer
If you are a first-time customer, or do not currently have an account with PNG, and you are moving to property within the PNG service area and need natural gas service established in your name, please use the Open a New Account form.
Moving out of PNG Area
If you have an existing PNG account and are moving to an address that does not have gas within the PNG area, please use the Close an Existing Account form.

Our Customer Service Representatives work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding Statutory Holidays.
