Update Your Account
To help Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG) serve you better, please ensure all of your Customer Advantage account information, such as your name, phone number and mailing address, are up to date.
Transfer Existing Account within PNG Service Area
If you have an existing PNG account, and you need to transfer your account to another address that has natural gas within the PNG area, log in to your Customer Advantage account, Visit the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side, select “Service Requests”, select “Transfer” and follow the prompts.
If you are a first-time customer, or do not currently have an account with PNG, and you are moving to property within the PNG service area and need natural gas service established in your name, please click the Start Service Cutton below:

Moving OUT of PNG Area
If you have an existing PNG account and are moving to an address that does not have gas within the PNG area, log in to your Customer Advantage account, visit the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side, select “Service Requests”, select “Move Out” and follow the prompts.

You may also choose to update your account, transfer your account, set up a first-time customer account or complete a move out request through PNG’s Customer Care Centre.
