Transfer Existing Account within PNG Service Area

If you have an existing PNG account, and you need to transfer your account to another address that has natural gas within the PNG area, log in to your Customer Advantage account, Visit the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side, select “Service Requests”, select “Transfer” and follow the prompts.

In order to close your current account, we require the name of the purchaser or landlord of the property.

Please be aware that a connection/transfer charge will be applied to your first bill on your new account. You will also be assigned a new account number that will appear on the first bill at the new address.
