If you have an existing Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG) account, and you are moving to another address that has natural gas within the PNG area, please complete the online form below. In order to close your current account, we require the name of the purchaser or landlord of the property. Please be aware that a connection/transfer charge will be applied to your first bill on your new account. You will also be assigned a new 16-digit account number that will appear on the first bill at the new address.
If you are a first-time customer, or do not currently have an account with PNG, and you are moving to property within the PNG service area and need natural gas service established in your name, please use the Open New Account form.
If you have an existing PNG account and are moving to an address that does not have gas within the PNG area, please use the Close an Existing Account form.
