Residential Service and Opening a New Account
If you do not currently have an account with Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG) and you are moving to property within the PNG Service area and need natural gas service established in your name, click the Start Service button below:

Upon approval of your new gas service, you will receive notification that your account has been set up. If we have any questions regarding the account set up, a PNG Customer Care Representative will contact you by phone.
Since natural gas is billed after it is used, all new customers may be required to pay a security deposit pending a credit approval by the company. Once you have obtained your new account number, you can apply for Pre-Authorized Payment plans online. Visit Ways to Pay Your Bill for more information.
Please be aware that a connection/transfer charge will be applied to your first bill on your new account.
