Adding more insulation to your home’s attic and walls, and replacing your windows or doors can make a big difference in your home’s energy efficiency, and to your heating costs.
Our residential building envelope program lets you double up on the CleanBC Better Homes Windows and Doors Replacement Rebate, and Insulation Rebate applicable to attics and exterior walls. PNG offers you up to $4,100 in rebates. Apply for incentives through our Residential Building Envelope Program, and start saving on your upgrades and heating bills.
THE PROGRAM IS EFFECTIVE MARCH 1st, 2024, AND ENDS WHEN FUNDING HAS BEEN FULLY ALLOCATED.

How to Qualify
Homeowners and renters that are PNG customers living in a detached home, townhome, duplex or mobile home are eligible to apply. To qualify for this program, you need to meet a few simple conditions:
- You must be a PNG residential natural gas or residential propane customer.
- You must be a property owner or long-term lease holder
- The completed application, including the proof of purchase and installation must be received within six (6) months of the installation date.
