In the event of a Canada Post work stoppage, you may not receive your gas bill by mail. Please note that invoice due dates will remain unchanged. To avoid late payment charges, we encourage you to prepare by exploring the following options:
Options for receiving your bill:
To ensure access to your bill during a postal disruption, consider the following options:
- Sign up for a Customer Advantage account to manage your account online and enrol in paperless billing.
- Already have an account? Log in and go to the ‘Billing and Usage’ section. Select ‘Paperless Billing’ to update your delivery method.
- Call 1-800-667-2297 to speak with a Customer Service Representative for your current balance, due date or assistance with Customer Advantage and paperless billing.
Options for paying your bill:
To ensure timely payment, do not mail your payment if a postal disruption is expected or underway. Use one of the following payment methods:
- Pre-authorized payments – Have payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date. Submit the ‘PreAuthorized Payment Plan’ form to enrol.
- Online, telephone or in-person banking – Pay through most financial institutions.
- Credit card payment online – Pay using Visa or MasterCard via PNG’s secure online system powered by KUBRA EZ-PAY. A 1.95% service fee applies.
- Credit card payment by phone – Call the PNG Customer Care Centre at 1-800-667-2297 to connect with KUBRA EZ-PAY. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. A 1.95% service fee applies.
