In the event of a possible work stoppage by Canada Post, customers may not receive their gas bill by mail. Please note, invoice due dates will not change. We encourage customers to prepare for a possible postal interruption so that they can continue to pay bills on time and avoid late payment charges.
Options for receiving your bill:
- Sign up for a Customer Advantage account. Manage your account online including enrolling in paperless billing.
- If you already have a Customer Advantage account, sign up for paperless billing. Go to the ‘Billing and Usage’ menu item and select the ‘Paperless Billing’ option to change your delivery method.
- Call 1-800-667-2297 to speak to a Customer Service Representative to obtain your current balance and due date, or if you have any questions about signing up for Customer Advantage and/or paperless billing.
Options for paying your bill:
Please do not mail your payment if a strike or lockout is expected or occurring. To pay your bill, use one of the following options:
- Sign up for pre-authorized payments and have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date. Select ‘PreAuthorized Payment Plan’ form.
- Pay your bill online, by telephone or in person at most financial institutions.
- Pay by credit card through our website. PNG’s online payment system is powered by KUBRA EZ-PAY. This service allows you to make payment by either Visa or MasterCard. To use this service, you will be charged a 1.95% service fee.
- Pay by credit card over the phone. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Call PNG Customer Care Center at 1-800-667-2297 to be connected to KUBRA EZ-PAY. A 1.95% service fee applies for telephone credit card payment.
