Gord Doyle
President
Gord oversees PNG’s natural gas and propane business operations, and leads the company’s strategic direction, to deliver energy safely and reliably to residential and business customers across northern British Columbia. Gord brings over 20 years of experience in British Columbia’s gas and electric utility sectors, with a focus on regulatory, business development and customer service.
Gord first joined PNG in 2020 as the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Gas Supply. In his prior role, Gord was responsible for regulatory strategy and PNG’s regulatory filings; overseeing the legal function; and ensuring that the company had sufficient supply to meet customer demand.
Gord has a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Amanda Ward
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Legal & Gas Supply
Amanda plays a key role in developing the appropriate regulatory strategies for PNG, which as a regulated public utility, seek to balance the interests of both the company and its customers. Amanda also oversees the legal function and leads the Regulatory, Gas Supply and Customer Care teams.
Amanda has extensive specialized public utility regulation expertise and deep commercial law knowledge, including dealing with a wide variety of issues such as interconnection processes, rate design and energy policy. Prior to joining PNG, Amanda held senior regulatory and legal roles with over 17 years of progressive experience in a regulated utility.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Barrister and Solicitor designation.
Kyle Keith, P.Eng
Vice President, Operations and Engineering
Kyle leads PNG’s Operations and Engineering teams, overseeing the development and execution of capital projects, engineering and design, operations, functionality and reliability of the company’s natural gas distribution and transmission systems. He plays a key role in providing leadership and technical guidance while contributing to the company’s overall strategic direction as part of the Executive Team.
Kyle is a professional engineer with extensive experience in natural gas pipeline engineering, project management and regulatory engagement. Over his career, he has managed large-scale capital projects, led operational teams and worked closely with regulators and stakeholders to advance key industry initiatives.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary’s Schulich School of Engineering and an Executive Management Certificate from Queen’s University.
Rebecca Richings, CPA, CA
Vice President, Finance
Rebecca provides strategic oversight and financial direction in support of PNG’s operational performance, business strategy and long-term objectives. As Vice President, Finance, she leads the Finance Team and serves as a key member of the Executive Team.
A Chartered Professional Accountant, Rebecca brings more than 25 years of financial and operational experience across the energy, utilities and natural resources sectors. She has a strong track record of transforming finance functions by strengthening controls, enhancing systems and implementing data-driven tools that support real-time decision-making and long-term planning.
Her expertise spans financial reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance. She also brings deep experience navigating complex governance environments and aligning financial priorities with stakeholder expectations.
Rebecca has completed executive programs in audit committee governance, board dynamics and gender-based analysis.
