Simply sign in with your existing email.
If it’s your first time on the new system, click Forgot Password and follow the steps.
New to Customer Advantage?
You’ll need your 8-digit PNG account number (found on your bill).
Visit myaccount.png.ca, click Sign up for Customer Advantage, and follow the prompts.
Prefer not to create an account?

If you are an e-Billing customer, but do not yet have a Customer Advantage account, sign in with your existing account email and choose Forgot Password the first time you access the Customer Advantage portal.
